Patient Cancellation Policy
At Manual Therapy Blackpool (Soft Tissue Therapies Ltd), we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We value your time as well as the time of our healthcare providers. In order to provide effective and efficient healthcare services to all our patients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice Period:
We request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation Fee:
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend the scheduled appointment without any notice, a cancellation fee will be applied. The full payment for the cost of the missed appointment will be charged to you.
3. Payment Process:
The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file, or you may be asked to provide payment upon rescheduling the appointment or at the next visit.
4. Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you have a legitimate emergency or unavoidable circumstance that prevents you from giving us the required notice, please let us know as soon as possible. We will take this into consideration and assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
5. Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide us with at least 24 hours' notice, we will make every effort to accommodate your request without any additional charges.
